OA2 Bella de Ball

Bella is a whole lot of alpaca in a cute little package. She is light fawn with black points including 4 black feet. In fact when she was being born we thought she was going to be grey or black until she dried off.
Her pedigree includes such greats as: Snowmass Messiah, Snowmass Perfection, Hemingway, Peruvian Don Julio, Guellermo, 4Peruvian Legacy, PPPeruvian Pachelbel, Accoyo America Atticus, and Caligula.

She appears that she will stay a mini since she stands just 29.5 inches at 16 months.

She has wonderful fiber and conformation. She is registered and has been shown at halter twice: 2nd place and reserve champion at SAFF Walking Fleece (2nd to her 1/2 brother) and 2nd in Bred and Owned RAC. Her fleece was shown at SAFF in 2013 and took 2nd place to her 1/2 brother again. The judges all 3 times were impressed with her fleece characteristics.

Her 2014 fleece practically glows. This little girl's fleece is a handspinner's dream. The judges at SAFF 2014 for Cottge Fleece agree - an amazing 91.5 for spin off and 91.9 for fleece (5 out of 5 for secondary to primary range, 19.5 out of 20 for fineness/handle, 9.5 out of 10 for absence of guard hair, 4.5 out of 5 for crimp style).

She does look a little funny at the moment since we had to cut off her topnot do to it being horribly matted, but it is growing back.
